One good service came handy is CrazyEgg.

CrazyEgg gives you a amazing service where you can track what your readers & viewers pattern of browsing. That would make you understand the pattern of visits done by the blog readers.
Once you get registered and logged in, you will be taken to configure your test for your blog.
The free version provides you a limited number of features where you could only track a percentage of visitors of your blog. CrazyEgg randomly picks up the users to watch their pattern of browsing.

Overlay - Overlay provides how many of your readers click a particular link in the blog. And what is the percentage of that click out of the total click. It’s just the numeric display..

List - Provides a table format of the overlay.

Heatmap - Gives you a visual display on concentration of clicks on particular area and on particular link also which links are very hottest in your blog.

Also it provides you ‘Confetti‘ which filters and show you various statistics like how reader behave when they come through various channels like

- Top 15 Referrers

- Browsers and more
