Google Search now allows you to note the search results in to your Google Notebook. You will find a link in each Google Search results ‘Note This’.

You should be logged into Google for saving the results into your notebook. You don’t need any plugin installed to do this. Just the Google take care to mark the note into your notebook.

Google will open up a small popup interface for your Google notebook. Similar to the Google plugin notebook.

Also, you can get the Google notebook plugin for your Firefox browser to make notes from any webpage.
